Hey, Y’all!

So, what’s up?

I’m working on finishing The Flipside series (now going to be rebranded as The Timeside series with The Flipside as book one), working on a huge secret project, working on some smaller secret projects, and just plain working at the day job.

I know folks keep wanting me to add novels to some of my more popular series (Dead Mech, Z-Burbia, Mega), but unfortunately I don’t see that happening anytime soon. Does it mean it won’t happen at all? I’ll just answer with a very strong “probably not”. But I never close doors permanently…

Anyhoo, I know a whole ton of you haven’t read the entire Out of the Earth series. Book Four, Out of the Stars, is a brand new novel and closes out that series. If you dig giant monsters (kaiju) and the end of the world as we know it (TEOTWAWKI) then this is the series for you! Heck, it’s the series for ALL OF YOU!

It’s a helluva fun ride!

Missy dug.

The flames raced through the forest canopy.

Missy ignored the other campers; their cries, their prayers.

Missy dug.

She ignored the screams coming from the melting tents.

Missy dug. 

There was salvation below.

Before the heat and smoke could overwhelm her, she hit the moist earth she knew she needed. 

Missy dug faster.

In seconds she had a Missy-sized hole, crawled down into it, propped up the improvised breathing pipe, and buried herself alive.

Missy did not know if she would survive, but she did know she wouldn’t die like the others- screaming, crying, praying.

Missy lived.
